Welcome to Click Defeat (“the App”), a multiplayer reaction-based mobile game for iOS and Android devices, developed and operated by R-DEV Limited (“the Company”). By accessing or using Click Defeat, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these TOS and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to any additional guidelines, terms, or conditions provided within the App, including any in-app purchases or upgrades.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Click Defeat. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App and agree to these TOS.
3. Account Registration
To fully access certain features of the App, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
4. Game Modes and Features
Click Defeat offers various game modes, including but not limited to:
• Quick Mode (5 minutes) – A fast session for quick matches.
• Extended Modes (1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours) – Longer gameplay sessions.
You agree to follow the rules for each mode and understand that your performance will be ranked globally and potentially on other upcoming leaderboards, including daily, weekly, and yearly rankings.
5. Leaderboards
By participating in the game, your scores may be displayed on global leaderboards. Non-paying users will have limited functionality, including restrictions on customizing their leaderboard names.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:
• Ad-Free Experience: A paid option to remove ads.
• Leaderboard Name Customization: Purchase the ability to change your name on leaderboards.
All purchases are final, and refunds will only be issued under certain circumstances as required by law.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, or networks.
• Using cheats, exploits, or any other unauthorized methods to manipulate the App’s gameplay or leaderboards.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. Please review the policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Modifications and Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the App after such changes will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Click Defeat is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
